TTLock App G2 Gateway–Usage Instructions
- Power: Use a stable USB 5V/1A power source. Avoid using PC USB ports or temporary power sources.
- Device Compatibility: The gateway must pair with TTLock-supported locks and be under the same TTLock account as the lock.
- Phone Permissions: Enable Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Location services on your phone. Grant the TTLock App the necessary permissions.
Wifi Gateway – Connect. Control. Unlock
G2 Gateway Setup in 3 Minutes
- Open TTLock App → Gateway Management → Add Gateway→Select device model (G2)
- Connect phone to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi,enter password
- Follow prompts to search for Bluetooth gateway (power on,LED flashing)
- Name and bind gateway after search
- Test remote unlock to confirm connection
Troubleshooting
Gateway not found – Possible Cause: Bluetooth is off or too far from the device; Solution: Turn on Bluetooth and move closer
Wi-Fi failed – Possible Cause: Wrong password or using 5GHz Wi-Fi; Solution: Check password and connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
Gateway offline – Possible Cause: Unstable power or network disconnected; Solution: Replug the power or switch network
Lock cannot be controlled remotely – Possible Cause: Not under the same account or out of Bluetooth range; Solution: Rebind the lock or move closer
